LabVIEW User Group

Friday, December 14, 2018

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Moore Good Ideas Inc

Clearfield, UT United States

Enhance your NI LabVIEW development skills and network with other LabVIEW users in your area.

Topic:
By Reference Classes in LabVIEW
Presented by:
Shawn Walpole, Endigit

LabVIEW uses many by-reference objects, such as VISA, DAQ, etc. Learn how to make and use by-reference classes so that your code will be as easy to read as the NI example code. You'll also learn about by-reference class generation tools, synchronous and asynchronous methods, accessing data through property nodes, and inheritance.

It should be a lively discussion, and I encourage everyone to make time for this meeting even though I know December is a busy month.

During this meeting, you:
  • Enhance your core LabVIEW skills
  • Discuss the latest LabVIEW technologies
  • Meet with peers and share questions, examples, and challenges

Who Benefits from Attending
Local networks of LabVIEW developers share ideas and example code during LabVIEW User Group meetings. Whether you are new to LabVIEW or a longtime wireworker, this meeting presents a unique way to build your LabVIEW skills and network with your peers in your area. Bring your challenges and questions to this meeting.
