Topic #1: SLATE and the Actor Framework

At Schneider Electric Solar Business, we have built a world class Micro-Grid test lab, to help in the development of our solar inverters. A state of the art automated control system has been developed for this lab (SLATE - Solar Labs Automated Test Environment), using LabVIEW and the Actor Framework. This presentation will provide and introduction to the Actor Framework including basic concepts and how-to, and show how the Actor Framework was used to facilitate the developed of SLATE.
