Manage Concurrent Testers to Characterize the Performance and Durability of EV Batteries | Explore validating the battery pack of an electric vehicle in a simulated temperature chamber and learn about systems and data management from multiple distributed test stations and sites. |
Acquire, Synchronize, and Record Full Bandwidth Sensor Data in Autonomous Vehicles | Examine the NI record and playback system, which synchronously acquires large amounts of data from in-vehicle sensors such as radar, lidar, and cameras and streams it to high capacity storage devices. you can then use this data to verify sensor performance and test embedded software used for ADAS and AV functions. |
End-of-Line Test for ECUs | Due to the increase in capabilities of the modern-day vehicle and the extremely high number of components being produced globally, it can be difficult to find an adequate electronic control unit (ECU) production test platform that provides complete test coverage while also ensuring fast and reliable testing. The NI PXI platform combined with key components from NI Alliance Partners is designed to meet these demands and equip users with a powerful production test platform. |
Sensor Fusion Algorithm Validation | A sensor fusion system takes the advantage of the information coming from multiple sensors like RADARs, Cameras, LIDARs, and Ultrasonic to take a more informed and better decision. The system uses NVIDIA DRIVE PX2 as the Sensor Fusion ECU running different ADAS algorithms. A PXI Real-Time Controller runs the Carmaker vehicle dynamics model from IPG Automotive in real time. The sensor fusion algorithm is being validated using a combination of a RADAR and a Camera. |
